Acceptable Use Policy

PLOMIUM SASU (“UtopikAI”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides its software-as-a-service platform to help teams and individuals work better. This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) defines permitted and prohibited uses of our platform.

Unless otherwise defined here, all terms in this Policy have the meanings given in either our Master Services Agreement or our Personal Use Terms of Service, depending on your use of UtopikAI. This Policy is incorporated into the terms of your subscription. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Prohibited Use

You, and if you are an organization, your Users, must not:

a. Content Restrictions

Access, store, distribute or transmit material via the Services that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or offensive
• Depicts sexually explicit images
• Promotes unlawful violence
• Is discriminatory based on race, gender, colour, religious belief, sexual orientation, or disability

b. Intellectual Property and Reverse Engineering

Unless explicitly permitted by law or this Agreement, do not:

• Copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute any part of the Services
• Decompile, reverse compile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Services

c. Competitive Use

Access the Services in order to build or improve a competing product or service.

d. Unauthorized Sharing

Unless specifically authorized:

• Do not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise make the Services available to any third party
• Do not assist third parties in accessing the Services outside the scope of the Agreement

e. Legal and Ethical Violations

Do not:

• Violate or encourage violations of the legal rights of others
• Engage in or promote illegal activity
• Use the Services for unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes (e.g. phishing, pyramid schemes, website mirroring, unsolicited emails or promotions)

f. System and Platform Misuse

Do not:

• Interfere with the use of the Services by others
• Interfere with or damage the equipment or infrastructure used to provide the Services
• Disable, interfere with, or circumvent any aspect of the Services
• Use the Services for any purpose not explicitly permitted by UtopikAI’s terms of use

2. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this Policy and may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we determine a breach has occurred.
